Comey and Bremen (the one that recused himself from the Cohen matter) worked together at the FBI for the Southern District of NY in the 1990's.

Because of Comey's "money background" while at the FBI, I'd say the Cohen "shake down" came directly from him. Money, fraud etc is Comey's forte.

And don't forget...he got Martha Stewart on "lying" to the FBI.

Comey is a disgusting critter. His thinking is very twisted.

Clintons bought the Chappaqua home in 1999 when McCabe was a pretty fresh FBI SA working on Asian gangs. Befriending a junior FBI agent doesn’t sound like a Bill and Hill thing to do. By 2006, McCabe was working in DC. This story smells like a nothingburger.

  When the media first began to spin the raid on the president's lawyer, they claimed that it had been approved by a Trump appointee. Of course it hadn't. It came from Rosenstein on one end. And Trump's appointee had recused himself. That left his deputy, an Obama holdover. Robert Khuzami.
