Chappaqua is a hamlet WITHIN the town of New Castle, but they're not the same thing.

There is no address given for McCabe, so it's hard to tell the significance – although worth investigating. And if McCabe hid the information, that would definitely matter.

Clintons bought the Chappaqua home in 1999 when McCabe was a pretty fresh FBI SA working on Asian gangs. Befriending a junior FBI agent doesn’t sound like a Bill and Hill thing to do. By 2006, McCabe was working in DC. This story smells like a nothingburger.
