I really just felt the need to vent right now. The other day on twitter I noticed an ad for a drama documentary about the same sex marriage in my country Ireland showed up in my twitter feed.
I looked at the description; "A drama documentary for Stage based on the true stories & struggles leading up to the Marriage Equality Referendum" which set me off so I posted this reply:
'“Struggles” “equality”
Yeah traditional marriage was such a plight on this country.'
And so I left it at that. Then earlier on this day I received this reply from a group called "Pieta House"
"Thankfully, traditional marriage is still available - it’s just been opened up to all of our citizens so we have the same rights. The LGBTQ community faces many struggles that the straight community does not, and we witness their suffering in our centres every day."

Initially I thought it was just another lgtb group but after clicking on their profile I saw to both my shock and disgust it was a suicide prevention group. And a major one from the looks of them...
I just have to say, what the f**k? A suicide prevention group seriously had the audacity to guilt trip me for not only having an opinion on marriage but to actually conflate having an opinion on marriage with subjugation of homosexuals. I mean if it had been an lgtb advocacy it would have been one thing and I may have just shrugged it off but this? Like is it normal for these kinds of groups to engage in this kind of behaviour do people know?
Your answer is one of the reasons why I love FR: The truth, and straight, honest answers without any PC garbage.

The excuse of suicide has been used by gays in the US to push their special rights on us.
