It is too bad that most of Congress cares only about their own perks and power. Congressional oversight of lower federal courts could be great for our country.

I’ve long felt that, while Federal judges are appointed for life, there is no reason they can’t be suspended or furloughed with changes to legislation.

Congress should pass a law that suspends a judge when his ruling is overturned by the SCOTUS. First time, 90 days; second time, 180 days. Third time, permanent removal from the bench and relegated to divorce court or traffic court. That will prevent them from going rogue.
