If the parents are in charge, and they are the ones running the troops, why should anyone tell them who they cannot add to the Scout experience?

It took 30+ years of constant propagandizing and cultural acclimatization to convince the upcoming generation that boys and girls, men and women, share the same interests, learn the same way, and have the exact same biology.

There is no one in scouts who want to de-biologize any of the scouts. This is a character thing with parents doing the character training in a very organized fashion. Be happy that there are lots of concerned parents doing the right thing.
