Same here - I had to grudgingly award John a point for that one. Betcha he wasn't just repeating one that he heard; that one has a mean-spirited aftertaste (McCain's signature style).
Seems a fair conclusion to me.
Disagree. He deserves the howls of execration. If the press had done its job, it would have happened decades ago, and Arizona might have had a real man in the chair.
He bought and paid for all of this. Let it rain down on him as he takes his last breath.

McCain is not very tall and is self conscious about it .
Any politician who is so conscious of height issues goes to appropriate lengths to deal with this in media appearances either by specifying a short podium or requesting a raised platform behind the podium
Not John- that would require thinking ahead, anticipating the problem and then having the self discipline to formulate a proactive solution to the problem .
McCain is an impulsive, irresponsible, arrogant and undisciplined person who rarely thinks ahead and anticipates the reaction or consequences of his actions
Much of his life has been spent blundering into disasters and then blaming and blowing up at those around him, as if anyone could tell the anything
McCain loves to project the image of a maverick who always chooses the path less taken when in fact his entire life has been characterized by going down a road that either should never should have been taken or is the wrong turn

No, particularly when one is availed of all the care available when one is at the top of the political power heap. My grandfather was enslaved, beaten and starved for 3 1/2 years and he was a saint...

Finally, others are speaking up about the obscene, nasty and mentally unstable POS known as John McCain. He has a viciously sarcastic sense of “humor” and a volcanic temper. Everyone who knows him knows this—including the Trump-hating fake news media.
Not only is he bitterly jealous of Trump and goes into rage tantrums whenever anyone dare to disagree with him, he’s also DELUSIONAL when it comes to his self-assessment that he’s an honorable and duty-bound “patriot.” Nothing could be further from the truth.
With a personality and short fuse like that and now with brain cancer on top of it it’s little wonder the family and friends have kept him sequestered in Arizona since December.
The lion-izing of people like McCain is a symptom of a larger problem: We have forgotten that these scumbags are SERVANTS of the people, NOT the other way around.
Somewhere along the line, Politicians started treating themselves like royalty and we lacked to the ballz to put them in their place.
