READINESS: Militias prepare an answer to tyranny

"If they try to remove Trump, (there) won't be a Constitution Crisis; it'll be a Revolution Crisis," a call in guest told a popular U.S. talk show host recently. With a population of 325 million and over 300 million firearms, America’s gun owners have no intention of allowing gun grabbers to steal their lawfully owned firearms.

Amendment II of the US Constitution states "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The militia acts of 1792 and 1903 are giving militia groups in three states the impetus they need to protect themselves against drug cartel incursions in Arizona, nuclear fall-out disasters in Indiana and civil unrest, looters and other dangers to innocent residents in Florida; residents who could be in danger in the aftermath of violent hurricanes.

The leader of the Watchmen of Indiana tells youtube viewers "The mainstream media make us out to be hatemongers--not true; we are law abiding citizens (with) the right to assemble (for peaceful purposes)." He goes on to explain the abject dangers faced by innocent civilians in the nuclear fall-out zones of Illinois' six nuclear plants, just across the state's border with Indiana. By locating their prepper camps well outside of these fall out zones, the IN Watchmen prepare with simulated danger drills, train new members, learn how to set up secure tents that keep dwellers dry and perform many other necessary preparedness duties.

The commander says creating shelter is the most important item on his check list with water procurement and filtration number two and learning how to provide security from "unfriendlies" number three. Electric grid failure is a common threat for all three militia groups. "Do you have...

if Trump is removed (by a kangaroo-court impeachment), they’ll be plenty of grumbling. But that’s about it.

I understand your cynicism, but just because you've never seen normal Americans rebel in anger, doesn't mean it can't or won't happen, under the right circumstances.

You've completely misjudged the mood in this country, if you think the impeachment of Trump wouldn't spark some kind of major upheaval.

I'll take that bet. If you think that "grumbling" is the only thing that would result from such a coup, you're smoking crack...

I am not talking about militias here. Not in the sense as being spoken about in this thread. All that I can tell you is to be prepared to move out of your comfort zone and be inconvenienced. The things you are talking about are not really important to the movers and shakers driving what’s going on right now.

any citizen march on DC would be broken up just like the Bonus Army was in 1932.

There it is --- the old Bonus Army canard.

That deep state propaganda has been debunked here more times than I can count.

Washington DC Swamp creatures think they are much more important than they really are and believe they have unstoppable power. I would not underestimate patriots in this country.

Never going to happen. A bunch of middle aged men who run around in the woods with their airsoft gear on won’t do a damned thing. If they were serious, they would have responded to 8 years of tyranny under obunghole. The won’t do a damned thing because if they do, their mortgages, cars, insurance, climate control, ability to feed, clothe and keep a roof over their kid’s head and all those cool toys they have amassed immediately becomes at risk. They are clueless to boot, believing that there will be some “trigger event”, like door to door gun confiscation, that will spur their response. That won’t ever happen. By the time the government is done with them, however, they WILL be begging the feds to take their guns.

And yet, the so-called "patriots" that live in these states continue to do NOTHING. Yet somehow, gun owners across the Country think there's going to be some kind of revolution. Lol. NEVER gonna happen.

There WILL be push-back,

The kind and amount is unknown at this time. But liberals have never encountered push back until Trump. And we have had few push back leaders so don’t know how to act either. A learning curve for all............................

You’ll give make fodder for their propaganda cannons, and then they actually will start coming for your guns.

You're operating from a position of unwarranted fear. The combined strength of the US military and every law enforcement agency, isn't enough to confiscate 400 million guns from 150 million gun owners.

Look at the numbers. It's been estimated that only 3% of the American colonists actually shouldered a weapon and fired upon the British in the Revolutionary War.

If only 3% fought back against a nationwide gun grab, that would work out to 4.5 million dedicated citizen soldiers, versus a maximum of 1.5 million federal troops. That's a rout, and honestly, I think the percentage of active resisters would be much higher.

> the old Bonus Army canard <

I don’t follow. I suppose some of the marchers were trouble-makers. But from what I’ve read, they had a very legitimate grievance. But the police - and then the army - chose to side with the federal government, and not with the marchers. So the Bonus Army was broken up.

I think the same sort of thing would happen to marchers heading to DC to protest a “legal” Trump impeachment. They would be allowed time to protest, then the police would move in.

But let’s say Trump was removed in a clearly illegal coup. Then all bets are off. In fact, if you’re heading to DC then, I’ll see you there.

You’re operating from the presumption that the “combined strength of the US Military and law enforcement agencies” will come for ‘everyone’s guns all at once.

I’m going with the idea that they will slow boil the frog. First they will vilify militias and patriot groups. They will reinforce that when those groups resist and events like Waco happen, and if that doesn’t happen they will probably provoke something else or if desperate enough drum up some false flag operations.

Then they will use the media to turn public opinion against all gun owners by associates. Pretty soon, everyone will be afraid to even say or post support for the second amendment.

Third, they will selectively target and implement collections slowly and methodically. There will be no need to plan and stage a massive single confiscation event.

“President resigned after factual allegations.”

Nixon was forced out by the same crap that they’ve been trying against DJT. Nixon, however, had no Internet. Hardly anyone knew how dishonest the media were.

The difference between Nixon’s case and Trump’s is that in Nixon’s case, the forces of evil got away with it.
