But if Trump is removed (by a kangaroo-court impeachment), theyll be plenty of grumbling. But thats about it.

Then you will be in for a big surprise!

Most people in surburbia get up and go to work every day to pay off their boat, or their kids (indoctrination) college tuition/loans, etc. They don’t want revolution. They don’t want anarchy.
If Trump gets removed, and the investigation and their media accomplices can’t go full joseph goebbels and make it sound like he really really deserved it, then their will be a backlash (not a revolution, sorry) in the ballot boxes across america. Thats as far as 90% of the people have the energy to take it.
What is more, I agree with it.
Trying to tie a political take-down of the President to a civil revolution is more than an over-reaction, it’s actually what ‘THEY’ want in order to take your guns away. That kind of over reaction is exactly what they need to make militias, survival groups, and even more more plain-jane doomsday prepers and nature loving sportsmen look like domestic terrorists. You’ll give make fodder for their propaganda cannons, and then they actually will start coming for your guns.
Whoa. Too much common sense there, Z ;-)
> They dont want revolution. They dont want anarchy. <
Bingo. A revolution occurs when many people get fed up, and become willing to risk everything. Removing Trump, especially if done “legally” by impeachment, will not motivate very many people to risk everything.
I am not talking about militias here. Not in the sense as being spoken about in this thread. All that I can tell you is to be prepared to move out of your comfort zone and be inconvenienced. The things you are talking about are not really important to the movers and shakers driving what’s going on right now.
You're operating from a position of unwarranted fear. The combined strength of the US military and every law enforcement agency, isn't enough to confiscate 400 million guns from 150 million gun owners.
Look at the numbers. It's been estimated that only 3% of the American colonists actually shouldered a weapon and fired upon the British in the Revolutionary War.
If only 3% fought back against a nationwide gun grab, that would work out to 4.5 million dedicated citizen soldiers, versus a maximum of 1.5 million federal troops. That's a rout, and honestly, I think the percentage of active resisters would be much higher.
