Now if they would just do that for Nationals games.
There was a game against the Giants lat year that Howie Kendrick won with a game-winning grand slam. A substantial portion of the crowd didn’t get to see it because Metro was running its last train of the night.
Hockey fans in Qatar?
Baseball I could understand.
The citys rapid progress from dusty desert to global centrepiece comes as the rest of Qatar faces the most serious external threat in its four-decade history, the trade and travel embargo imposed last June by four Arab states Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt over the peninsulas alleged support for terrorism.

Big Cavendish fan.
Sagan fan here. The first stage of the Tour of California was on mother’s day, otherwise I would have gotten to watch both of them.
I watch Cavendish and Richie Porte of BMC. Although I think Cavendish was to blame in Stage 4 of last year’s TDF.
Qatar will host the 2022 World Cup too. They have plenty of $$, why dont they rebuild the greenhouses in Gaza that Hamas destroyed? / sarc
