Stupid idea. As if that’s going to stop the drug lords.

“In the fight against terrorist financing, drug trafficking, money-laundering and tax evasion”

Just excuses to move to a cashless society and under the total control of the bureaucrats and banksters.

A loss of liberty that will harm the citizens, not the bad guys.

It’s not about terrorism or drugs. It’s to gain control over all transactions. Today it’s 10,000. In 2 years, they will be saying that it works but not well enough, and they will have to change it to 1,000. Then two years later, it’s ALL transactions.

When that’s done, they can just take anything they want. Remember Cyprus?

Don’t doubt me.

Australia Looks To Ban Cash Payments Over $10,000

Foot in the door to control all of your bank accounts and to control all of your ability to spend money.

Thread 3654580 says the amount is $7500.

Are there no PAWN SHOPS in Australia??

I know people that buy or sell horses & they do NOT take checks. CASH ONLY. Same thing at any livestock auction unless pre-approved by Auction yard to use checks.

Horse can disappear off your property—check is no good—and you cannot find the perp...... OR THE HORSE!!!

What about fight against white collar and bank crime and bank abuses?

I remember when the European Union forced Greek banks to take what they called a ‘haircut’ and stole money from customers accounts to pay debtor banks in Germany.

The only defense about that is the ability to freely move cash out of a bank, and live in a society where cash is analogous to electronic funds.

The other big theft banks are trying to do is to institute negative interest rates, this bank crime can only be done if cash is restricted.

Don’t be fooled, don’t let cash be restricted!
