I’ve never heard of “customized Kale”-is that another term for GMOs? I do grow it and eat it-but I agree that Kale is over-rated-doesn’t have as much flavor as Spinach, Chard, or mustard/turnip greens. I like my greens just barely cooked, so I season them with Mrs. Dash or lemon pepped, steam them for maybe 3 minutes and serve them with real butter.
