The article notes that it is “non-smoking mj. They tried this previously and even the medical mj advocates were against.
Also interesting is the UMA against the initiative. Utah has the highest prescription drug abuse in the country. Over 7000 opioid prescriptions and filled every day. Pot calling the kettle... well you know.
