She believed the psychological warfare polls that the media was running day after day. She also knew all about the FBI and CIA meddling in the election on her behalf. It is really a miracle that Trump defeated the best laid plans of rats and mice.

The only thing Killery’s campaign did wrong was trust the DNC’s estimation of how much voter fraud it’d take for her to secure her election theft.
I am not that certain that it was the laziest campaign. I suspect she put everything she had into the campaign...which points out how incapable she really was and is.
I would be very surprised if she was even coherent by 2019...or even alive. Drugs and exoskeletons can only do so much.
