6 Reasons to Still Hate Obamacare (More proof that Obozo is an idiot alert)
Investors Business Daily ^ | June 4, 2018 | Moore

Democrats are adopting a new political spin, which is that everything is fine with ObamaCare. They claim that the only reason premium and deductible costs keep exploding is because President Donald Trump repealed the individual mandate tax — which was nothing more than an unfair penalty on low-income families who couldn't afford the high cost of the health law's mandates. But if Trump is to blame, why were the costs skyrocketing two years before Trump even entered the Oval Office?

The clear-eyed reality is that things aren't going well for ObamaCare. The predicted death spiral in the insurance market (higher costs cause more healthy people to drop coverage, which raises prices even more) is now upon us. Here are six reasons Obamacare needs to be repealed now, more than ever.

1. Health insurance is more expensive than ever. Remember the promise that the average family would save $2,500 a year on health insurance? Forget about it. In May 2017 the Department of Health and Human Services reported that average health insurance premiums had doubled since 2013. How many families' incomes doubled over that same period? In 2018, costs have risen by another 19% for high-cost plans and 32% for the cheapest plans, according to a study by the Urban Institute. Overall inflation for all other goods and services is running at around 2%.

I recently debated a high-ranking Obama White House economist and asked him: What was the greatest accomplishment of President Obama in eight years in office? He replied: the Affordable Care Act. Really? If this is Obama's grand success, imagine how bad the failures were.

All part and parcel of the establishment of the police state. He was just following Hitler’s playbook.

Repeat it everywhere: "There is no consequence of repealing Obamacare that is worse than Obamacare itself"

The Halfrican had vainglorious dreams:

<><> cheap universal healthcare

<><>a permanent Dem majority,

<><>a blue Texas,

<><>Hillary serving out his third term.

The half-baked Halfrican gangsterized our govt to put away anybody that got in the way of his schemes.

Now, all of Obama's scurrilous efforts to reign supreme have turned to dust.

The only two things Americans dislike about Obamacare is the name, and paying for it.

All the rest, they want, and will punish legislators who try to take it away.

He was looking to nationalize 15% of our national economy, while making everyone more dependent on big government. Evil, misguided, ultimately ineffectual—but not by this move exactly an “idiot”, which suggests that he somehow had our best interests at heart.

I still owe the IRS $375 for my “Shared Responsibility Payment” and refuse to pay it. The law is repealed and I still owe the bastards money.

A turd would have been preferable. OTOH, the Kenyan Usurper was not a failure. "Failure" would imply that he did not achieve his goals ... in fact, the destruction and corruption that characterize his regime were intentional and deliberate. They are successes for his agenda.

Repeal is correct, in theory only however.

We all know that a so-called repeal would probably come with lots of strings attached and could even be a repeal in name only and really a resuscitation.

The rinos still like the 0-care concept because big hospital, insurance, and IT donors want the government subsidy gravy train to continue.

Of course dems like anything that expands the government and intrudes on individual liberty.

The best solution is to let is die a slow death. Trump should work with states and give them all sorts of waivers for them to come up with their own solutions.

If you are using drugs, please stop. If not using, get some!

Was allowing and paying for Iran to develop nukes to further our interests as well?

Obamacare has always been about having the middle and upper class pay for (subsidize) the insurance costs of the poor, lower-class and unemployed. Obamacare is socialism at its worst. Margaret Thatcher's view of socialism definitely applies:

“The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”

I know the individual mandate is repealed in 2020 but this year and next , for the first time, the IRS is collecting the 695.00 penalty. What’s up with this President Trump?

The solution is to immediately allow and encourage health insurance companies to compete and operate across state lines. Costs will plummet.

I’d advise rethinking that strategy. Not a hill I would die on for less than an hours billing for decent counsel.

The Halfrican had vainglorious dreams:
Hillary serving out his third term.

Hilary was a placeholder, not an actor. Choosing a sick old drunk to win a rigged election seemed smart, so that the powers behind Obama could continue their war on America.

Since she couldn't even do that, she's been discarded like a broken toy.

Perhaps her criminal conduct with the Foundation will someday catch up with her, but I doubt it.

But make no mistake, the spying, the disruption, the election rigging, the coup - it's all Team Obama.

The Clintons are finished.
