Since I didnt know what Rosanne was thinking, I did not know if it was racist or not...although it was certainly rude, it was not neccesarily about race. The mob reaction insisting that it was obviously racist is rather sickening.
Let’s get real. Roseanne was not comparing VJ to Estella Warren. Her tweet was obviously meant as an insult. However, I’ve seen photos of VJ and I would never have regarded her as black.
Why do we keep hashing this? Even Roseanne said it was inappropriate and in bad taste. Why can’t we accept that?
