Not all, but some of the documents congress has been demanding from DOJ are relevant to ongoing grand jury proceedings. DOJ is always very reluctant - for good reason - to release such documents to a very leaky congress.
Congress was LEAKING. Schifty in particular would leak during a meeting.
The redacted stuff in these reports almost certainly shows 1) participation of GB and possibly Australia in SPYGATE; 2) shows links that lead straight to Zero himself. Everyone from Trump on down is trying to figure out how to handle this, because it will be a crapstorm of immense proportions.
Certainly some members of the media are involved as well.
