he whole idea of cross fit workouts is wrong, imo. I see many people who are hurt or overdeveloping some areas and not working others sufficiently.

It’s sad that people need to be taught as adults how to take care of themselves - this should be part of parents and elementary education of children - but some how it’s gotten lost.

In come people to start a “craze” and get people addicted to too much exercise or too repettious exercise both of which to me are not in line with God’s word because people make the gym their god.

What’s crazy is people who’ve had surgeries already or specific structural issues in their body paying lots of hard earned money trying to follow along with programs not suited for their body.

Top it off with CEO’s who disrespect a huge part of their clientelle with comments like take a big dose of shut the f up, or whatever he said and catering to only certain groups of people by such comments which blantanly show other clientele he doesn’t really care about them, just their money.

The mind can also only focus on one thing at all and to try and do three types of movements contained in one, only confuses the brain and results in less effective training.
