What it means is that opinions that are Divergent from the Politically Correct will never be Included with extreme prejudice. It only sounds good to idiots and would be tyrants.
Diversity and inclusion is synonymous for decline and incompetence.
Diversity is conformity by force.
Diversity in a nutshell means chasing down the last White person.

Most Americans instinctively know that so called ‘diversity’ and multiculturalism is not a strength. Particularly when the reality of almost all of this race crap is one way. It is used as a weapon against white Western culture and countries. It is destructive and certainly not a unifier.
I like the James Martin Center and the work they do.
But that article needs a rewrite in order to be ready for “prime time”. The prose does not flow easily. Many readers will give up after the early paragraphs.
