The FBI and the DoJ are different places.
The corruption exists at both. I think the corruption might not penetrate the FBI to the extent it has at DOJ. Nevertheless, for internal security the corruption is contained to a carefully controlled group. It is not general.
Watch this video, the first half ~ 25 minutes or so. He cites actual page umbers. The bad taste comes from the executive summary and is refuted by the actual report. Rush reported that fact and the video goes into detail with similar refutation.
