They see this as a victory and hope the judges will shoot Trump down but they forget that it will boomerang back. Also it’s a long time till November and what will they spin next time? And next time? And then? The people will get tired of all these cooked up scandals and start to ignore them.
The President should inform the courts to enforce the Flores ruling by doing what he wants.
Some idiot federal judge can issue a piece of paper ordering the President not to do something, but if he disagrees, the court has no real power to bring an uncooperative executive branch to heel. The only available remedy is impeachment.
Good luck with it in the middle of a power struggle between two branches of government.
And its one the courts are likely to lose.
Trump just needs to send them all back to Mexico and refuse to allow any bad parents into this country. And for every person Mexico will not take back, tell them that $1000 a week per person will be withheld from Mexico to feed, room and board the people they let through. Mexico will take them all back in a week!
