Look at Vietnam from 1975 to today.
The remarkable thing about Vietnam is tourism. In 1968, if you’d asked any Marine about the idea of tourism there...they would have laughed you out of the bar. There are daily flights now bringing people in for vacations in Vietnam.
The same could occur in North Korea, with people begging to be treated semi-harshly while on vacation there.
