A native American has never been president because they remain exclusive of America, declaring themselves separate and distinct nations within a nation. Reservations were the final solution to over 300 years of never-ending guerrilla warfare against America (and Mexico - the Mexican govt literally couldn't pay people enough to stay in Northern Mexico because of the yearly 'winter sport' Apache raids). Everybody loves to hate white people, or, for that matter, anyone who has their stuff more together than the average gimmegimmegrievancegroupie.
