How about the ‘RAT politicians tweeting that conditions in the detention centers for illegal invaders are “deplorable”. I’ll tell you what, they’re a hell of a lot better than the conditions they were living in down in Mehico. If not, they wouldn’t all be crossing the border in droves to be sent to one of these centers.
This situation is, I believe it is fair to say, an example of the fallacy of the excluded middle. It is possible for B to be better than A, and yet for C to be better than both of them. There is not valid cause to be railing at situation B when in context it has averted worse situation A. Adults used to understand this.
