I have lived in Japan for 32 years . Cannot vote . Impossible . Impossible for Japanese to vote multiple times . Not rocket science . Why can’t the US sort this out ?
My humble opinion is ... it’s for the money. Destroy the monitary system and the country dies
Fixing it would destroy many deeply entrenched wealth transfer scams, so it requires defeating the loudmouthed political advocates with politically correct skin tones who have thus far succeeded in terrifying white politicians into silence.
DOJ prosecution of a few highly placed state election officials would be a good start.
