Dominion Outsourcing LLC, based in Henrico, has been growing steadily since it opened in 2016. Now, they’re planning to add 190 to keep up with demand.
President and CEO Dai Barth said the company is investing $370,000 as part of an expansion that will include moving to a larger space next year.
"Our specialty is doing document acquisition for medical supply companies, medical intake, and insurance verification."
Even in the digital age, he said, their work continues to be a manual process.
"With our proprietary software, called Beacon RX, we can that workflow more efficiently for their business than they can."
Dominion Outsourcing opened in 2016 with 12 employees. Now they have 120.
"And, we expect to hire 20 to 25 people each month for the next 12 to 18 months."
He said they’re looking for people with great communications skills.
