It’s actually pretty slick. Shippers can drop-off, pick-up and store their container in Dillon or Greer. CXS and Norfolk Southern operate daily trains to and from Charleston. That frees up a lot of space in Charleston, keeps a lot of trucks off I-26 and I-95 and encourages shipments through Charleston rather than competing ports.
