Oops. In Texas, the tower is on the university campus, not the state capitol. They filmed the movie about the Texas tower shooter at the Louisiana state capitol building. Capitol itself is a traditional dome.
That movie about the tower was spectacularly bad and was 95% gun control agitprop.
