There were some copies of the Declaration printed immediately which have all the words at the top in all caps.

The "engrossed on parchment" copy with the signatures of the 56 Signers (most of whom signed on August 2nd, a few later) has the top line in all caps; IN CONGRESS, JULY 4, 1776. But the next line is mostly lower-case letters with only The, Declaration, States, and America capitalized. The first three words (The unanimous Declaration) and the last three words (States of America) are in larger lettering than the four intervening words (of the thirteen united).
