»» Child abuse (victim is supposedly 16)
»» Contributing to the delinquency (was ‘teaching’ the victim and his friend swear words)
»» Assault AND battery on a minor
»» Attempted murder (the kid could have choked to death had he inhaled the thrown liquid the wrong way)
»» ALL of the above were premeditated. He chose to initiate the offenses without being provoked by any action on the part of the minor (that should further multiply the sentence time and fines)
I think this guy is looking at some serious felony time in Huntsville and the kid should walk away as a multi-millonaire
