I don’t live in Russia. I live in the West. Their own tyranny is not a justification for lies, corruption and tyranny here.

Well there’s no perfect place anywhere but UK is no North Korea or even Russia, so I take offense at everyone bashing beautiful Britain every chance they get. God Save the Queen.

*** Looks like it is the UK who needs to do some ‘splaining. Who do they think they are kidding? ***

Really. When Russia asked the UK to show them their evidence, and wanted a joint investigation into the novichok in the skripal case, the UK refused.

The Kremlin lost all legal credibility after Litvinenko’s polonium poisoning. No point in inviting them to taint, dope, and poison further investigations.

their anti-Trump spy campaign they’ve been running ever since Christopher Steel.

Hillary didn't get the Steel dossier from the UK. She paid Russia. SHE colluded.

“British Home Secretary Sajid Javid”

I’m amazed over what’s being allowed to occur in the mother land.

clear the Brits are having trouble explaining.

from the comments on Craig Murray’s second thread on the topic today:

Comment: Andrew Carter July 6, 2018 at 00.10
I listened to BBC Radio 4 this morning, and I am listening to it now at midnight. I cannot believe they can have changed their story 180 degrees and are able to keep a straight face. They seriously must think we are total idiots

This morning their experts were certain that it could not be effective via the skin, and had to be ingested. 4 hours and 90 degrees later, and it could be effective via the skin “in sufficiently high doses. The substance could persist outdoors for weeks or months. Now “further tests” at Porton Down have concluded that it must have ocvurred indoors, because outdoors the substance rapidly degrades

They can’t even get their story straight, and yet the BBC is now directly linking this latest affair to the success of the World Cup – “The eyes of the World are on Russia…”

Nerve agents are volatile by nature and are therefore not considered persistent in an outdoor environment. Their effectivity will rapidly decrease over time.

I’ll have to take your word for it. I don’t speak Russian so watching Russian TV won’t do me much good.

It’s almost like they know they’re lying to your face and, knowing you know it, have the gall to keep a straight face saying it. :)

The censoring and propaganda, in tandem, along with their belief that those that disagree are just stupid, really believe they can engage in this disinformation campaign and we’ll just all fall for it. It is astonishing. What is more astonishing is that it works...but only on the already-”submissive to the progressive” types. Then it is powerful, the fantasy universe is created in their minds. It is real for them.

For a long time I really respected the BBC. Now I just see it as State run media. It cannot broadcast anything that might be construed as anti-harmony...knowing the gorilla in the room.

When you can clearly see artifacts of an effort to mold your perception it becomes obvious that you’re being lied to. It used to be subtle, it’s now not - because they really have convinced themselves, only among themselves, that everyone is as stupid as they believe. It seems they’ve jumped the proverbial shark.

“The people there have yet to hold their own despotic elite accountable. The smart ones who save up emigrate and add to the brain drain. Hence why you find so many Russians in UK, Germany, and America in the first place. It’s only now the UK is picky about letting Russians in. Roman Abromovich owns Chelsea football team and couldn’t get a visa.”

Sorry, I will give no credit to your opinion on Russian foreign policy re the UK from someone with the monicker CondoleezzaProtege, a GOPe wishy washy foreign policy advisor to globalist George Bush who fancied herself as an expert on all Russian matters without any corresponding accomplishments to show for it. Condoleezza Rice (and Colin Powell) were and are a couple of nothing burgers.

Not saying Sec. Rice was always right...she was in good company:

I looked the man [Putin] in the eye. I found him to be very straightforward and trustworthy. We had a very good dialogue. I was able to get a sense of his soul." - President George W. Bush, 2001

After my election I have more flexibility,” - President Obama tells outgoing Russian President Dmitri Medvedev at summit in South Korea, not realizing the mic was on.

Well, we're going to hit the reset button and start fresh...there are many things to discuss with the Russians. - Sec. Hillary Clinton shortly before signing off to massive sale of our Uranium to the Russians and the Clinton Foundation banked off from kickbacks given to her pet oligarch friends.

And now:

Many dead, including women and children, in mindless CHEMICAL attack in Syria. Area of atrocity is in lockdown and encircled by Syrian Army, making it completely inaccessible to outside world. President Putin, Russia and Iran are responsible for backing Animal Assad. Big price." @realDonaldTrump

If President Obama had crossed his stated Red Line In The Sand, the Syrian disaster would have ended long ago! Animal Assad would have been history! @realDonaldTrump 6:12 AM - Apr 8, 2018

We want to get along with Russia...Maybe we will, maybe we won't. Probably no one has been tougher to Russia than Donald Trump." - Pres. Trump at meeting with Baltic State leaders.

Lol. Trump made ill advised remarks and wrong decisions, sometimes.
But he has a chance to build a good relationship with President Putin.
If Trump plays right,
Putin may do him a favor in the midterm election.

If the last two years have taught us anything, its that Russia is a wonderfully useful boogeyman who can be used to cover domestic political failures.

And Theresa may can't be fully trusted....

Skripal wasn’t a defector in witness protection. He sat in Russian jail for 6 years and was freed in a spy swap in 2010. Russians got 10 of theirs for 3 of ours so Skripal’s life was paid for.

Russia should explain: The Brits are doubling down on a stupid plan. Because that’s what it looks like to me.
