Over 40,000 sealed indictments in the PACER system. The average indictment is something like 2.5 persons. So we are talking potentially 100,000 arrests/arraignments/detentions. I have no idea how the logistics of this will work, or possibly not work. I expect military justice will augment the usual courts.
But it's safe to say it won't all go down without incident, not even nearly.

I was discussing this very subject today with my wife. We both agreed we’ve never seen this level of hostility and agreed that if the Left doesn’t back off there will be violence and someone IS going to get killed. How in hell mobs of people, dressed in black, with masks, helmets and armed with clubs and bats are allowed time and again to assemble in the streets and get away with what they do tells me there is truly an organized power behind this, funding it and a compliant media egging it on. This is going to get dark and ugly. This is 1861 all over again.
