Can’t remember the last time I saw references to Bill Clinton and intellectualism in the same sentence.

Bill is a truly bad person but he is not dumb.

Hillary seems to be about average, maybe just slightly above average in intelligence. She is even more evil than Bill.

This wasn’t in reference to Bill Clinton. See post 24. It’s about John Kenneth Galbraithe. So of course you’re right in that intellectualism and Bill Clinton don’t belong together. ;D.

The reference was to John Kenneth Galbraith. The economics professor, and author of The Affluent Society, a seminal work published over 50 years ago. The reference was not to Bill Clinton. BTW it is a known fact Galbraith and Buckley were indeed close friends, who both had residences in Switzerland. So Buckley treating him mildly on Firing Line was no accident.
