I think that picture was taken as they walked down the White House corridor to watch their and our President be inaugurated on January 20, 2017. She is wearing black on the airplane. I’m surprised she comes out in daylight.
Good eye! That is correct; the photo was taken on Inauguration Day. That walk must’ve killed her.
