'Inclusive' Boom: It may be a surprise, but President Trump is nowhere near as unpopular among minority voters as the biased mainstream media suggest. Why is that? In a word, jobs.
Trump, it turns out, has been the most consequential president in history when it comes to minority employment. In June, for instance, the unemployment rate for Hispanics and Latinos 16 years and older fell to 4.6%, its lowest level ever, from 4.9% in May. The previous all-time low was 4.8%.
African-American unemployment bounced up from its all-time low of 5.9% in May to 6.5% in June. But that 6.5% still represents the second-lowest unemployment reading ever for Black Americans.
As for Asian-Americans, unemployment similarly bounced off its all-time low of 2.1% in May, rising to 3.2%. And that's still 0.6 percentage point lower than when Trump entered office....

It’s tangible everywhere I look around me.
I just got a general-public email from JC Penney asking people to apply for jobs - either to come into a store or online. They must be hard up for workers to just put out a general ad like that. I’ve never seen that before.
I didn’t think Penney’s was doing all that well to begin with.

“The inner cities of our country have been run by the Democratic Party for 50 years. Their policies have produced only poverty, joblessness, failing schools, and broken homes.
“Look at how much African-American communities have suffered under Democratic Control. To those hurting, I say: what do you have to lose by trying something new?
“My Administration will go to work for you as no one ever has.
“By contrast, the one thing every item in Hillary Clinton’s agenda has in common is that it takes jobs and opportunities from African-American workers. Her support for open borders. Her fierce opposition to school choice. Her plan to massively raise taxes on small businesses. Her opposition to American energy. And her record of giving our jobs away to other countries.
“It is time to get our country back to work, and that includes an all-out effort to help young African-Americans get the good-paying jobs they deserve.
“In a Trump Administration, all workers – of all colors – will get priority for jobs in their own country. I want higher wages for African-Americans, for Hispanic-Americans, for all Americans.
Friends of mine who haven’t found a job in decades are now back working.
This hasn’t happened for 20 years and even then it was spotty.
