The same argument could be made for legalizing all narcotics.
If you go through working-class neighborhoods in the UK...probably over 70-percent of people (under thirty years old) routinely smoke marijuana. If you legalized it, then it would be taxed...just like tobacco...then the street guys would find themselves with nothing except the hard-drugs.
I believe there are more important topics of concern to discuss right now than cannabis. Wonder what Bannon will say.

States that have legalized mj are doing better overall than the others in terms of deaths from ODs. Oregon, for example, was 1 of 3 states that actually saw a decline in the death rate between 2010 and 2016 =>
