Brennan and others in his circle were required to take an oath of office which amounts to owing allegiance.
Owing allegiance makes allegiance holders who violate their oaths and act to bring harm to the United States, it makes them subject to the statute of TREASON which upon conviction may result in a death penalty.
Those guilty of treason are also guilty of sedition, seditious conspiracy, subversion. Treason is the higher crime.
We know that Brennan, Hillary, and others at that level employed ‘plausible deniability’, that means they used others to do the dirty deeds and presumably were careful to arrange a separation between agents who committed the crime and themselves.
But there may be a glitch in their plans. The NSA and NGA are now reported to be fully under the control of the Trump camp. That means the ‘separation’ that Brennan, Hillary, and others are thought to have constructed could be compromised.
