Sodom, Gomorrah, Israel, and the temple money changers whose butts Jesus kicked and drove out might disagree with you.
Again, I believe that misfortunes that humans experience are the reactions that result from violations of God’s Law; not because God himself was personally ‘angry’ and sought revenge or punishment.
(Jesus, though, was human, a Man, despite whatever else he may have been; and I don’t doubt that HE became angry now and then, just as all of us human beans do. If He were NOT like us, and able to feel the spectrum of human emotion, what would his suffering have meant?)
