I should apply for a job. My first power plant job was construction coordinator for a $20 million power plant addition project. It was one of the funnest projects I had working in plants. I remember the president of the engineering company that designed it telling us that it’s typical for one person to get killed during a power plant construction project. No one got killed, put a foreman for the mechanical sub fell onto a piece of rebar that went right up his rear end. He was pretty messed up, but eventually recovered.
