From listening to a lot of them they were probably in 7th grade or at least at 7th-grade level.

It shouldn't be all that challenging for someone to build a competing system that provides a superset of the capabilities.

I think an alternative to Twitter that deletes your posts after a year - really and truly deletes them - would be very valuable. Back when I was growing up in the 80s we could make jokes, talk a bit off color, that sort of thing and nobody would dredge it up 25 years later and declare that it defines you forever. Now, they do. Maybe if enough people see this they’d embrace a service where the brain farts are truly ephemeral rather than permanent.

I don't see why anyone feels the need to post their streams of consciousness on Twitter. There are message boards like FR, and other message boards devoted to specific subjects that allow one to post with an online handle. I guess these Twitter fools have to stay in touch with their homies and share everything with them 24/7. Seems immature at the least.
Sounds like he’s grown up. Unlike some people who claim they were hacked. It’s not too late for people like Joy Reid to grow up but I’m not betting on it - some people just want to stay 17 forever.
