The Judge and prosecutor in this must be prosecuted for their many breaches.
Finally the SCOTUS has to reverse every action in this case.
The BLM is operating completely unlawfully in the western states.
The US government has absolutely no ownership of surface rights or water rights of any arable land in the west.

I was just reading how compassionate the judge is. The prosecuters wanted 73 years in prision for Burleson, but since he went blind in prison she knocked off 5 years and only gave him 68 years. I bet they all had a good laugh over that one.
