There are jokes about insane people who once insisted they were NAPOLEON. It was, at the time, funny.
We are faced with an idiot who orates as though he were MR. PRESIDENT. He rants about the public sayings of the true President, while his own rantings make a pretty good evidential case for locking HIM up for the country’s safety.
