WINNING-Making America Great Again!!
19 bucks an hour. That’s what I was making in 2000 when I realized I could never possibly never have more than a 1 bedroom apt and a carloan. I took my skills and went into business for myself. Thanks be to God it turned out well . I hope those wages are starting pay. 2000 was 18 yrs ago...
More crumbs for the serfs.
Yeah, I was making a tad more when I left the unemployment office in 2000. Fortunately it was something of a living wage with a working wife in Des Moines. We had a small house and a minivan. I’d love to start a business doing something. Hate living off just my VA disability.
The aluminum industry is expanding in Kentucky. A nearly 2 billion dollar plant is opening in Greenup and Boyd county. The plant in Logan Co. just finished a billion dollar expansion and is planning another soon. Thank you President Trump.

As I see it more jobs looking for more workers should mean companies will need to increase wages for the labor they’re looking for.
In 2000 on Long Island in NY 19.00 per hr was nowhere.
Republic Steel to idle steelmaking in Canton
I won't print the rest of what I'm thinking.
EXCERPT....
Christopher Hardesty, the city’s economic development director, said the company has not approached Canton for any type of business assistance. He said the city’s limited interaction with the company has been through Canton City Public Health’s enforcement of the EPA’s sanctions against Republic Steel for exceeding air pollution standards.
“This is quite surprising that it’s gone from seemingly functional to now stopping their operations,” said Hardesty, who said the city has yet to receive any formal communication from Republic Steel about the idling of its Canton operations.
