Watched the video. Not exactly a full power .357 load there. Very little recoil, no deformation of the vest from the impact of the projectile (if there even was one, it looks like a blank to me,) and subsequently no projectile falling to the floor or buried in the vest.

Had that been a real test, she would have had the wind knocked out of her, a nasty bruise, and lots of pain from a point blank .38 special load.

Bullet RESISTANT....big enough bullet will penetrate anything. Armor vs. projectile is a 2000 year old battle. Sometimes armor wins out, until someone invents a better projectile.
