Whether we should deconstruct the administrative state

Whether? Whether?

This devoutly to be sought after end is unquestionable. It is the source of DS power and continuity as well as an enormous drag on peace, and the prosperity and the power that are required for peace.

The only question is the means. Will it be done through our political representatives and pink slips, or will it be done with ropes, lamposts, tar, rails and feathers.
