At 72 years old, experience has taught me to never say, “never”, but I think the attempts to “frame” Trump are past their use-by date.
In the past year, and a half, if they haven’t found anything that works - especially on his base - then, they’re probably not going to find anything.
He’s weathered the #metoo-ers”, collusion, and all of the childish, petty, things the media can dream up, and still enjoys a high rating, and still draws record crowds at his rallies.
The left, along with the media, have exposed themselves as the frauds they are, so anything they come up with going forward will probably just be seen and more “dog and pony show” tactics.
I’m finally elated that Trumps base are finally sticking with him, through thick and thin...a tactic the left has successfully used for years that has worked for them. Solidarity is what it’s going to take.
Yeah, with all of the attention on the FISA, I think we’ve all missed the point: Obama had the power to order warrantless surveillance on anyone, and it’s clear that he used that power. The period from July 20, 2016 to the date of the first FISA warrant on Page will I think be far more significant than anything that came afterward.
I really wish I could have any confidence that this will happen...
