Is this a joke? Your “source” is conflating toothless congressional inquiries, civil lawsuits, and internal DOJ “investigations” that never go anywhere with actual criminal investigations.
Until we see an actual grand jury, actually issuing subpoenas for any of the multitude of wrongdoings by the Obama/Clinton machine that everyone and their grandmother knows about, then nothing is actually happening but a dog and pony show.
Hell, Obama and Clinton are not even in power anymore, and their lackeys are still managing to get actual indictments!
