Now, as I understand it, they are supposed to (heh, heh) fill out a form everytime they unholster their gun.
As I understand it, that's the new demand. I haven't seen that as being part of the binding agreement. I could be wrong, it's tough to keep up with all the Chicago Police bashing that goes on.
