My theory for things that are good for the gut is a shot of bourbon!!!

that would be about what I saw in rural Africa, and here in the Rural Philippines, although it is becoming less common here since cheap farmed fish and chickens are available.
LOL. When my grandsons were younger they were watching me swat some flies one day. They asked me what I did with them so I told them we put them in the freezer, and when we had enough we made fly soup. They thought that was pretty cool... until the day they realized I was joking.
Crickets are a “clean” source of food for humans as put forth by God in the bible.
