If your breath can fog a mirror and you ended up here, you probably have at least some hazy idea that the FBI had filed one, or possibly two, requests for warrants under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), sometime in June and/or July of 2016—having something somehow to do with Donald Trump and his presidential campaign. You likely also have the idea that the FISA court denied the request (or requests).
That opening paragraph is about as foggy as breath on a mirror for an inescapable reason.
It’s a bet-the-farm certainty that you cannot say with any confidence at all whether the number of purportedly failed FISA applications was one, or two. It’s also an all-in certainty that you cannot say with any confidence whether any such failed FISA applications happened in June of 2016, or in July of 2016, or both.
The reason you can’t say is because the number of such failed FISA applications isn’t one, and it isn’t two; the number is zero. It didn’t happen in June 2016, and it didn’t happen in July 2016, or both, because it never happened at all.
That’s why it is categorically impossible for you or me or anyone in the world to produce even a kibble-sized scrap of evidence that any such failed FISA applications took place. The whole story is a malicious CIA fiction.
And fiction doesn’t leave a paper trail.

The other big lie is that the “Russians” hacked the DNC server! Never happened IMO! The fact that the “hackers” left traces of Russian IDs on the RNC server was way too pedestrian. False Flag...bet your booty! The DNC server is destroyed...Crowdstrike was called in to do the job!

This is contrary to what I have read from sources I consider a lot more reliable than this author.
But it does not matter one iota and has no bearing on anything of any consequence whether one or more or zero FISA applications were rejected. Who cares? Because a FISA court you have the charging entity submitting a draft application in secret (because the app itself is submitted in secret) and the judge almost certainly reviews the draft so there will not be piles of rejections. I mean, it just doesn’t matter. Let’s go ahead and stipulate that these apps are fairly routinely granted and the judges who approve them probably tend to look upon the CIA as being nominally credible. It’s not like they are “50/50” credible to a sitting judge.

Oh, Russians may have been among all those who hacked in, just as there may have also been leaks from disgruntled people, but the evidence they used to say it was THE Russians (and no one else) was a bit too perfect.
I also have noted how the Left acts as if the assertion that it was Russians somehow means there was no leaks as well, and therefore no reason for a leaker to be murdered. They act as if both couldn’t happen in the same world.
