If and it may be impossible to determine, he was eligible to be president it was preferable to those that endevor to undermine the Constitution that America itself would approve an unconstitutional president as a precedent for its further destruction.

Our problem is that the courts have decided that the citizens have no standing to stand for the Constitution.
Most of the cases filed are dismissed for lack of standing.
The loophole that Obama exploited was that as long as Nancy Pelosi signed off that he was eligible, no one else checks.
Every Secretary of state could have, but didn’t.

The issue of no standing pisses me off. Don’t we individually have a right to honest elections. isn’t it implicit in our right to vote.
